Limited to 4,504 bottles, this organic single malt showcases Nc’Nean’s flair for experimentation and flavour-driven whisky making. Matured in a complex combination of ex-bourbon casks (64%), ex-Tokaji wine casks (22%), STR red wine casks (7%) and Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads (7%), it delivers a beautifully layered profile of fruit, sweetness and soft oak. Bottled at 48.5%, non chill-filtered and with natural colour, Quiet Rebels Annabel expresses the creativity at the heart of Nc’Nean’s philosophy.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Almond biscotti, soft vanilla cream and hints of tropical fruits, balanced by gentle oak and honeyed sweetness.

Palate: Smooth, bright and delicately sweet. Notes of coconut, mango, toasted vanilla and citrus peel unfold with warmth from the varied cask influence.

Finish: Soft, creamy and lightly spiced, with lingering coconut, vanilla and orchard fruit.
