Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sherry influence is immediately evident with raisins, prunes, mixed peel and rich fruit cake. Notes of hard toffee, crème caramel and warming spice emerge, alongside a subtle woody depth.

Palate: Madeira cake, marzipan and gingerbread take centre stage, enriched by honeyed sweetness and syrupy notes. The creamy caramel from the nose carries through, supported by gentle spice and soft maritime peat.
