Nose: A luxurious medley of rich dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans and sultanas, supported by treacle, cinnamon and polished oak. Aromas of black fruit compote and dried figs add further depth and maturity.

Palate: Velvety, full-bodied and beautifully structured. Flavours of Christmas cake, cocoa, molasses and dark berries unfold alongside sweet spices, orange zest and toasted almonds. The influence of long-aged sherry casks shines through with seamless balance and complexity.

Finish: Long, warming and indulgent. Lingering notes of dried fruits, chocolate truffles, spiced oak and honeyed malt create a deeply satisfying and refined conclusion.
