Tasting Notes:
Nose: Bursting with smoked honey, charred oak and warm treacle. Notes of burnt citrus peel, toasted vanilla, earthy moss and sweet malt rise through the bold peat smoke.
Palate: Thick, smoky and full of energy. Waves of peat embers, caramelised sugar, dark toffee and roasted nuts unfold alongside hints of grilled pineapple, cinnamon and coastal minerality. The 50% ABV delivers weight and intensity while retaining impressive balance.
Finish: Long, warming and deeply smoky. Lingering notes of bonfire ash, sweet malt, charred wood and a touch of soft spice leave a memorable, powerful impression.
