Tasting Notes:

Nose: Classic Kilchoman citrus sweetness opens the nose, followed by red berries, baking spices and waves of earthy peat smoke. Underneath, subtle herbal notes and toasted oak add complexity.

Palate: Bright and lively, with summer fruits, red grape sweetness and hints of charred pineapple. Flavours of white chocolate, toffee and warm spice develop alongside soft, integrated smokiness from the STR cask influence.

Finish: Long and lingering, with persistent peat smoke, gentle sweetness and a touch of maritime minerality.

Founded in 2005, Kilchoman Distillery is a family-owned farm distillery located on the rugged west coast of Islay. As one of Scotland’s few true farm-to-bottle producers, Kilchoman grows and malts a portion of its own barley on-site, maintaining complete control over each stage of production.
