Nose: An opulent combination of dark chocolate, espresso and treacle, lifted by aromas of dried raisins, black cherries and polished oak. Subtle notes of baking spice, caramel and honeyed malt add further depth.

Palate: Rich, full-bodied and luxuriously smooth. Layers of Christmas cake, cocoa, roasted nuts and molasses unfold, complemented by sweet spices, orange peel and stewed fruits. The long sherry maturation creates a beautifully structured whisky with remarkable intensity and elegance.
