Tasting Notes:

Nose: Inviting aromas of honeycomb, sultana and caramelised orchard fruits. Notes of orange zest, vanilla pod and toasted nuts rise gently, with the Madeira influence adding layers of dried apricot and warm baking spices.

Palate: Rich, rounded and full of character. Flavours of golden raisins, dark honey and spiced fruit loaf unfold, complemented by crème brûlée sweetness and a hint of milk chocolate.
