Tasting Notes:

Nose: Bright aromas of ripe pear, green apple and peach are complemented by honey, vanilla pod and delicate floral notes. Hints of orange zest, toasted almonds and soft oak spice add further depth.

Palate: Smooth and well-rounded with sweet malt, creamy vanilla and orchard fruits leading into flavours of apricot, toffee and golden raisins. Gentle baking spices, roasted nuts and a touch of dark chocolate emerge from the Oloroso casks, creating a rich yet beautifully balanced profile.

Finish: Long, elegant and warming. Lingering notes of honeyed malt, dried fruits, gentle cinnamon and toasted oak gradually fade into a delicate sweetness.

Founded in 1958, Tormore Distillery is one of Speyside's most architecturally distinctive distilleries, recognised for its striking listed buildings and beautifully landscaped grounds. Designed by the renowned architect Sir Albert Richardson, the distillery combines traditional whisky-making methods with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Using exceptionally pure water from the nearby Achvochkie Burn and long fermentation times, Tormore produces an elegant, fruit-forward spirit with remarkable balance and complexity.
