Tasting Notes:

Nose: Exceptionally elegant with aromas of lemon drizzle cake, ripe peaches and poached pears layered over vanilla custard and honeycomb. Delicate floral notes mingle with toasted almonds, red berries, polished oak and a gentle waxy character developed through extended maturation.

Palate: Silky, refined and beautifully complex. Sweet citrus, baked orchard fruits and creamy vanilla unfold alongside raspberry compote, honeyed malt and toasted brioche. The wine casks bring subtle red fruit richness and soft tannins, while mature oak and gentle baking spices add depth without overshadowing Auchentoshan's trademark elegance.

Finish: Long, graceful and wonderfully balanced. Lingering notes of candied lemon peel, ripe berries, vanilla cream, seasoned oak and delicate spice fade slowly into a refined, gently fruity sweetness.
