Tasting Notes:

Nose: Elegant and richly sherried, with aromas of fig, date and sultana alongside orange marmalade and poached pear. Notes of honeycomb, roasted nuts, polished oak and soft nutmeg emerge with time.

Palate: Silky and mouth-coating. Layers of fruitcake, dark chocolate and candied citrus peel unfold with Demerara sugar, toffee and walnut. Gentle oak spice, clove and cinnamon are balanced by sweet malt and lingering sherry richness.

Finish: Long, warming and refined, with lingering notes of dried fruits, cocoa, toasted almonds and soft baking spice, fading into a gently sweet, sherried afterglow.
