After 16 years of maturation, the whisky brings together mature peat smoke, coastal salinity, ripe fruit and warming spice. Tasting Notes:

Nose: Aromatic peat smoke and sea spray mingle with lemon peel, ripe orchard fruits and sweet malt. Notes of vanilla, smoked herbs and toasted nuts develop alongside a distinctive mineral character and warming spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and richly textured, with earthy peat smoke, salted citrus and ripe fruit balanced by honeyed malt and gentle sweetness. Black pepper, toasted oak and subtle medicinal notes emerge beneath the smoke, accompanied by a characteristic coastal freshness.

Finish: Long, smoky and warming, with lingering peat embers, sea salt and citrus peel followed by peppery spice, sweet malt and drying oak.
