Tasting Notes:

Nose: Ripe orchard fruits lead with baked apple, pear and soft peach, followed by honeyed malt, vanilla and a touch of butterscotch. Gentle notes of dried fruit, toasted nuts and warming spice develop in the background.

Palate: Smooth and generously fruity, with poached pear, baked apple and apricot complemented by vanilla fudge and sweet malt. Caramel and subtle nutty notes emerge alongside cinnamon and gently warming oak spice.

Finish: Long and pleasantly warming, with lingering orchard fruit, honeyed malt and vanilla accompanied by soft spice and mature oak.
