Tasting Notes:

Nose: Powerful aromas of bonfire smoke, sea spray and charred oak are balanced by lemon zest, ripe orchard fruits and sweet vanilla. Hints of smoked bacon, cracked black pepper and toasted barley add further complexity.

Palate: Rich, oily and full-bodied. Waves of earthy peat smoke, salted caramel and grilled citrus are joined by vanilla fudge, honeyed malt and dark pepper spice. Beneath the smoke lie notes of baked apples, roasted nuts and subtle medicinal herbs, creating remarkable depth.

Finish: Exceptionally long and warming. Lingering peat embers, maritime salinity, toasted oak and sweet spice gradually give way to soft vanilla, citrus oils and a gentle smoky sweetness.

Founded in 1798, Tobermory Distillery is one of Scotland's oldest licensed distilleries and the only whisky distillery on the picturesque Isle of Mull.
