Tasting Notes:

Nose: Bright aromas of lemon zest, honeycomb and ripe apricot, supported by vanilla cream, light maritime saltiness and soft peat smoke. Subtle notes of white grape and warm spice emerge with time.

Palate: Smooth, fruity and gently smoky. Flavours of peach, citrus and sweet malt mingle with sultanas, heather honey, white chocolate and toasted oak. Kilchoman’s earthy peat smoke integrates seamlessly with the Sauternes-driven sweetness and bourbon-led freshness.

Finish: Long, balanced and lightly warming. Waves of fruit sweetness, soft spice, coastal salinity and gentle peat smoke linger, leaving a clean and satisfying impression.

Founded in 2005, Kilchoman Distillery is a family-owned farm distillery located on the rugged west coast of Islay. As one of Scotland’s few true farm-to-bottle producers, Kilchoman grows and malts a portion of its own barley on-site, maintaining complete control over each stage of production.
