Nose: Rich and beautifully mature with aromas of dried apricots, baked peaches and orange marmalade layered over honeycomb and vanilla custard. Elegant peat smoke weaves through notes of toasted almonds, polished oak and gentle maritime salinity.

Palate: Wonderfully rounded and full-bodied. Sweet malt, tropical fruits and caramelised citrus are complemented by rich toffee, roasted nuts and dark chocolate. Kilchoman's signature peat smoke is refined and beautifully integrated, adding earthy depth without overshadowing the whisky's remarkable fruit character.

Finish: Exceptionally long, elegant and complex. Lingering notes of honeyed malt, citrus oils, soft peat embers and warming oak spice gradually fade into dried fruits and a gentle coastal salinity.

Founded in 2005, Kilchoman Distillery is an independent, family-owned farm distillery located on the west coast of Islay. Uniquely, Kilchoman grows a portion of its own barley, malts it on traditional floor maltings and carries out every stage of production on site, from mash to bottling.
