Nose: Rich aromas of honeyed malt, baked apples and orange zest intertwine with dried apricots, vanilla fudge and toasted oak. Kilchoman's signature peat smoke rises gently beneath, accompanied by hints of sea spray and warming baking spices.

Palate: Full-bodied and beautifully textured. Sweet citrus, ripe stone fruits and salted caramel are layered with creamy vanilla, toasted almonds and rich malt. Elegant waves of earthy peat smoke develop alongside dark chocolate, subtle oak spice and a delicate maritime salinity, creating remarkable balance and complexity.

Finish: Long, warming and wonderfully refined. Lingering notes of honey, citrus peel, gentle peat embers, toasted oak and soft spice gradually give way to a fresh coastal character and a lasting sweetness.

About the Distillery:

Founded in 2005, Kilchoman Distillery is an independent, family-owned farm distillery located on the west coast of Islay. Uniquely, Kilchoman grows a portion of its own barley, malts it on traditional floor maltings and carries out every stage of production on site, from mash to bottling. The celebrated 100% Islay releases use only barley grown on the farm, showcasing a true grain-to-glass Islay whisky with full island provenance.
