Tasting Notes:

Nose: Sweet peat smoke intertwined with stewed fruits, dark berries and rich sherry notes. Hints of malted barley, cocoa and warm baking spices complement the coastal freshness.

Palate: Rounded and full-flavoured. Layers of raisins, figs and toffee merge with Kilchoman’s clean, citrus-driven spirit. Notes of chocolate, clove, roasted nuts and smouldering peat build in complexity, supported by a silky mouthfeel at 50%.

Finish: Long, warming and elegantly smoky. Lingering sherry sweetness, rich fruit, charred oak and gentle maritime peat carry through to a satisfying, well-structured conclusion.
