Tasting Notes:

Nose: Citrus peel and sweet malt wrapped in gentle coastal peat smoke. Notes of ginger, clove and rye bread spice develop, alongside vanilla, honeycomb and a hint of herbal mint and pine.

Palate: Strong and full-flavoured at cask strength. Zesty lemon and orange oils lead into toffee, caramel and malted biscuit. The rye cask adds peppery warmth, baking spice and a lightly herbal edge, all balanced by savoury, earthy peat smoke and a touch of sea salt.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering citrus, cracked black pepper, dry rye spice and glowing embers of Hebridean peat, fading into a softly sweet, maritime aftertaste.
