GLENALLACHIE 35 Year Old 1990 (2026 Release) Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky 70cl 50.2%

An extraordinary example of long-aged Speyside whisky, the GlenAllachie 35 Year Old (2026 Release) has been crafted from a handful of the rarest casks held in the distillery’s traditional dunnage warehouses. Hand-selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, this remarkable expression marries four exceptional cask types, Mizunara virgin oak, American virgin oak, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry, creating a truly complex and refined whisky.
Aged for over three and a half decades beneath the slopes of Ben Rinnes, this release delivers a harmonious balance of exotic spice, luscious dried fruits, creamy vanilla and rich molasses. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 50.2% ABV, non chill-filtered and with natural colour, this ultra-limited expression embodies the pinnacle of GlenAllachie Distillery’s patient, flavour-driven approach to whisky making.
