Tasting Notes:

Nose: A rich and inviting bouquet of dark fruits, treacle and roasted coffee beans. Notes of black cherries, raisins, cocoa powder and warm baking spices rise from the glass, complemented by polished oak and hints of caramelised sugar.

Palate: Full-bodied, velvety and deeply layered. Flavours of Christmas cake, dark chocolate, molasses and espresso intermingle with sweet spices, orange peel and dried figs. The influence of long-aged sherry wood brings outstanding depth, warmth and complexity.

Finish: Long, luxurious and warming. Lingering notes of cocoa, dried fruits, spiced oak and honeyed malt remain, delivering a beautifully rounded and indulgent finish.
