Tasting Notes:

Nose: Layers of heather honey, toffee and muscovado sugar, with dark chocolate, caramel and dried sultanas.

Palate: Bursting with fruit cake, butterscotch and wild Scottish honey, followed by layers of blackcurrant, almonds and soft oak spice on the finish.

Finish: Long, warming and indulgent. Notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits and soft oak spice linger, supported by hints of treacle, blackberry and honeyed malt. A rich and satisfying conclusion that reflects its long, sherry-forward maturation.
