Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich stewed red berries with smooth citrus zest and autumnal spices, followed by a touch of soft smoke. Hints of plum compote, orange peel and polished oak emerge beneath.

Palate: Full-bodied and warming at cask strength. Layers of dark cherry, raspberry preserve and spiced fruit cake develop alongside toffee, roasted nuts and a drizzle of citrus syrup. Gentle peat smoke and oak spice add structure and depth.

Finish: Long and satisfying, with lingering red fruit sweetness, cinnamon and clove, cocoa powder and a final wisp of soft, earthy smoke.
