A distinctive limited-edition expression from Aultmore Distillery, this 15 Year Old Speyside single malt combines the distillery's elegant, grassy character with the rich fruit influence of Sicilian Marsala wine casks. Initially matured for 15 years in American oak refill hogsheads, the whisky is then finished for six months in Marsala Rubino Dolce casks, a ruby style of Marsala made from red grapes. The result brings layers of ripe red fruit and gentle tannins to Aultmore's refined house style. Bottled at 46%, non chill-filtered and with natural colour.

Founded in 1897 by Alexander Edward, Aultmore Distillery lies near Keith in the heart of Speyside. For much of its history, Aultmore's elegant spirit was highly prized by blenders and consequently remained relatively little known as a single malt. Today, the distillery is appreciated for a refined house style characterised by fresh, grassy and herbal notes alongside delicate fruit and natural sweetness. This distinctive character provides an excellent foundation for carefully considered cask maturation and finishing, allowing additional layers of flavour to develop without overwhelming the underlying Aultmore spirit.
