Tasting Notes:

Nose: Intensely aromatic with notes of sticky toffee, warm sweet spice and stewed fruits. Dark cherries, figs and sultanas mingle with hints of cocoa, polished oak and citrus zest.

Palate: Full-bodied and boldly sherried. Ripe fig, black cherries and spiced fruit loaf unfold alongside dark caramel, orange oils and velvety cocoa. The high ABV adds richness and structure while maintaining excellent balance.

Finish: Long, indulgent and warming. Dark chocolate, mandarin peel and roasted nuts linger with dried figs, gentle tannins and deep sherry richness.
