Palate: A vibrant burst of juicy apricot and ripe raspberry, layered with lemon tart, creamy almonds and honeyed malt. Rich but lifted, with beautifully integrated Oloroso spice.
Finish: Rewardingly long and warming, moving through malt biscuit, cream sherry, polished oak and lingering vanilla sweetness.
