About the Distillery:

Tamdhu Distillery was founded in 1897 on the banks of the River Spey and was designed by renowned distillery architect Charles C. Doig. Located near Knockando in the heart of Speyside, Tamdhu is celebrated for its singular focus on 100% Oloroso sherry cask maturation. The distillery sources both American and European oak casks from Jerez, and every Tamdhu single malt is aged exclusively in these sherry-seasoned casks, giving the range its hallmark richness, dried-fruit depth and elegant spice.
