Tasting Notes:

Nose: Stewed apples and poached pears with sultanas and soft toffee. Hints of orange marmalade, polished oak, roasted nuts and gentle peat smoke, with a touch of cocoa and baking spice.

Palate: Rich and rounded with layers of malted barley, dark honey and dried fruits. Flavours of plum, blackcurrant and cherry compote develop, alongside milk chocolate, Demerara sugar, toasted oak and a subtle savoury smokiness.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruit, soft spice, malted cereal and delicate, earthy smoke.
