Aged for 8 years and bottled at a powerful 62.4% cask strength, this whisky showcases the vibrant orchard-fruit character of Ballindalloch’s spirit enriched by the sweetness, vanilla and creamy oak influence of American white oak. Non chill-filtered and presented at natural colour, it is a pure and uncompromising Speyside single malt.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Bright and expressive with aromas of vanilla pod, lemon zest and fresh orchard fruits. Hints of pear drops, honeycomb and sweet malt rise through the bourbon oak influence, alongside subtle notes of toasted coconut and soft floral sweetness.

Palate: Powerful and vibrant at cask strength. Layers of juicy apple, ripe pear and citrus oils unfold over a foundation of creamy vanilla, caramel and light fudge. Warming oak spice — cinnamon, nutmeg and white pepper — builds gradually, balanced by honeyed malt and a touch of freshly baked pastry.

Finish: Long, clean and invigorating. Sweet vanilla cream, coconut shavings and barley sugars linger, followed by refreshing citrus, soft oak tannins and a final whisper of orchard fruit.
