Tasting Notes:

Nose: Light coastal peat smoke wrapped in notes of honeyed apricot, peach and citrus peel. Hints of sultanas, vanilla, soft caramel and a touch of toasted almond emerge, with a gentle maritime freshness.

Palate: Rich and rounded at 50.7%. Flavours of candied orange, dried apricot and sweet malt are joined by toffee, light treacle and a subtle nutty note from the Marsala casks. Gentle peat smoke, a sprinkle of baking spice and a touch of sea salt keep the sweetness in balance.

Finish: Medium-long with lingering stone fruits, citrus oils, soft oak spice and a delicate trail of Hebridean peat smoke.
