Tasting Notes:

Nose: Gentle coastal peat smoke wrapped around raisin, fig and dark cherry. Notes of toffee, orange zest, cinnamon and clove develop, with hints of roasted nuts and damp oak.

Palate: Full-flavoured and rich at 52%. Sherry-soaked dried fruits, blackberries and plum jam sit alongside toffee, milk chocolate and sweet malt. Peppery spice, charred oak and a savoury, earthy peat smoke build, balanced by a touch of sea salt and citrus.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering dark fruits, cocoa, sweet spice, soft embers of peat and a faint maritime salinity.
