Every November, The Dalmore whisky makers visit the distillery's historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. They are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand-selected from any one year. The mature spirit from these casks are then masterfully married to create one harmonious vintage - a rare whisky that reveals the soul of that single year at the Dalmore. 

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Honey, fresh baked brioche and iced ginger cake.

Palate: Orange blossom honey, spices and mandarins.

Finish: Patisserie sugars, ginger snaps and cinnamon.
