I am happy with the jugs and the service from the shop but Royal Mail left me disappointed. When I ordered them I paid for the express delivery as one was a birthday present . I ordered them on the Thursday and they should have been delivered on the Saturday. But I didn’t get them until the following Thursday a week after I placed the order.
The shop refunded the cost of the delivery which was good of them and I thank them for that. So on the whole I am happy with the jugs and the service it’s just Royal Mail that stopped this being a five star review.
