Tasting Notes:

Nose: Butterscotch, toffee apples and creamy caramel open warmly, followed by hints of sea breeze, soft peat smoke and gentle spice.

Palate: Rich, smooth and subtly coastal. Notes of salted caramel, vanilla fudge and stewed fruits mingle with maritime character, cracked black pepper and a delicate thread of peat.

Finish: Lingering and lightly smoky, with sweet malt, warm spice and coastal salinity carrying through to a satisfying close.
