Tasting Notes:

Nose: Wonderfully complex and refined, with rich aromas of Christmas cake, dark raisins and dried figs intertwined with polished oak, Seville orange marmalade and dark chocolate. Hints of roasted coffee, toasted walnuts, leather and warm cinnamon complete this beautifully mature bouquet.

Palate: Luxuriously silky and perfectly integrated. Layers of rich sherry-soaked fruits, dates and sultanas unfold alongside treacle, cocoa, roasted almonds and sweet toffee. Delicate notes of nutmeg, clove and orange peel add elegance, while the decades of maturation bring remarkable harmony and depth.

Finish: Exceptionally long, smooth and warming. Lingering notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, sweet spice and seasoned oak fade gracefully, leaving a wonderfully rich and sophisticated sherried finish.
