Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of ripe red apples, dried fruits and orange peel, accompanied by creamy malt and dark honey. Layers of raisins, toasted nuts and warming cinnamon develop alongside Benromach's characteristic delicate smoke.

Palate: Full-bodied and beautifully balanced. Rich sherried fruits, sultanas and baked apple mingle with dark chocolate, caramel and sweet malt. Warming spices and toasted oak build gradually, complemented by a subtle smoky character that adds depth and complexity.

Focusing on time-honoured production methods, Benromach works with a manually operated mash tun, slow distillation and a light touch of peat in the malted barley to create a subtly smoky, old-style Speyside character.
