Bottled at its natural 58.3% cask strength, with no added colour and without chill-filtration, only 348 bottles were produced. Located in the heart of Speyside at the foot of Ben Rinnes, GlenAllachie was acquired by Walker and his business partners in 2017 along with extensive stocks of maturing whisky.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnder independent ownership, production has been deliberately reduced to allow a greater focus on spirit quality, including exceptionally long fermentation times of up to 160 hours.
